2008-01-13 14:10 - About the shortest path to happiness...

For sake of convenience I'll define 'happiness' as 'being in Amsterdam', which redefines the problem to 'how do I get there, efficiently'. To analyse this I'm using the new Nokia Sportstracker webservice together with the export to Google Earth function to generate colorful pictures like this :-)

Thick lines are bicycle paths, thin lines are either public transportation or walking paths

Not yet included in this analysis is Murphy's law on catching the Hempont ferry, which only goes every 20 minutes and which I seem to be just missing every time.. :)
